Hey! I’m Catarina or you can call me Cat,

I love to connect with friends and family over desert and coffee, a delicious meal or even a fun board game. My husband Virgilio and I have two furrbies, Zena is our proper lady Labrador/Retreiver, loves love and will accept an endless amount of love. Our double personality cat Rocky isn’t afraid of a fight even when there is nothing to fight about. They know exactly who they are and tell you exactly what they want. 

I love to stay active through regular yoga practice, pickleball and cycling. Virgilio and I both enjoy travel and we visit Portugal often as that is where we are both from.  Keeping up with some of our cultures traditions is important to us, this includes a full vegetable garden and a chicken coop!

I’m always up for trying new things that excite me and keep me moving. I want to always be learning, it keeps me open to new ideas and opportunities as well as challenging myself outside my comfort zone.

Professionally, I love helping women look and feel beautiful through my creative outlet of cutting, colouring and styling hair.  I’ve been at it for 26 years of which 14 of them have been in my very own hair studio. I really enjoy offering the best customer service experience that I can give and I love the connection I have with my clients.

More recently I took on a role of Educator with Innersense Organic Beauty, where I share my knowledge and passion for clean, non toxic beauty. I hope to inspire others to embrace a healthier approach to haircare.

Looking ahead I hope to someday teach the art of hair either through a college or private school.  I want to help the next generation of Hairstylists get off to the best start possible.
