Shipping, Returns & Salon Policies

1. Shipping

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, if you are unsure of which item/items are best for you we suggest choosing the smallest size available to try it out first or contact us so we can help you and answer all your questions. If you are switching from another product please note it sometimes takes a few weeks for your hair to adjust, this is normal. Sometimes we are improperly using the product or not using the right amount and therefore think the product is not right for us, if you are having any issues with the product performance please contact us right away so we can help you.


2. Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective*. If you receive a defective* item, please contact us immediately at with details of the product and the defect.*

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect*. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

*defective/defect: means the bottle/jar it comes in is broken or the item has gone past its expiration date.

3. Salon Policies

We do not offer refunds on any hair services, if you should be unsatisfied with your service please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may adjust any technical errors.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so with 48 hours notice so there is an opportunity to fill the spot. A no show is a huge loss for the business and Hair Stylist. After one no show, last minute cancellation or rescheduling you will need to make a non refundable payment to book your next appointment. This payment will go towards your next appointment but is not refundable.
